BRING THE PEOPLE. SHARE THE COST.
A great get-together. Without the money muddle.
One organiser books the venue, another gets the food, and a third handles decorations. A shared event tab brings those payments together before you work out who still owes what.

A party shared by eight people
| Expense | Amount |
|---|---|
| Venue | €160.00 |
| Food | €120.00 |
| Decorations | €40.00 |
| Total | €320.00 |
The shared total is €320, or €40 each. If Ana paid the venue, Ben paid food and Cleo paid decorations, Ana should receive €120 and Ben €80. Cleo is already even, and the other five people each owe €40.

How to split with uOwe
- 01

Record each organiser’s purchases
Add venue, food and supplies as separate expenses with the correct payer. Select only the people sharing that expense.
- 03
Close the tab after the final costs
Review any last purchases before settling. Use the suggested repayments and record transfers or cash payments after they happen.
A few useful answers
Can some guests share only the food cost?
Yes. Select the people included in each expense. A venue booking and a meal can have different participants.
Can several organisers pay upfront?
Yes. Record the payer for each expense. Net balances take both what a person paid and their own share into account.
